Homemade Instant Pot Beef Stew
The weather outside frightful... Which means we need something warm, hearty and delightful! During the colder months (which we don't have many here in Texas), I love eating stews and soups, especially if it's homemade. Today after church I decided I wanted to make some homemade beef stew, but it no way I'll have it done in time for dinner. I scam through the internet to see if I could use my recipe for beef stew and shorten the time in my Instant Pot. My biggest concern about making this stew was time! I knew how to make big stew but wanted it done quickly but with the same goodness as if I cooked it for about 5 hours on the stove or longer in the crockpot. Most recipes I found average time for beef stew in the Instant Pot is about 30 to 35 mintues. So once I had a time frame the rest was on me.
